Christian Cook is an assistant professor with the Bissett School of Business at Mount Royal University. She teaches a variety of senior undergraduate courses in the field of human resources with focus areas in employee relations, diversity, strategy, learning and organizational design, and people performance.

With over twenty years of business experience and having held the Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) designation for fifteen years, Christian draws on a wide range of practitioner experiences and research foundations to provide a dynamic and engaging environment for participants in her university classes and professional workshops.

Christian earned her PhD (Leadership) from the University of Calgary, her MBA (HR) (as part of the second cohort ever of the RRU MBA) from Royal Roads University, and her undergraduate degree from Simon Fraser University. Her research interests include leadership, leadership development, emerging leaders, transformative learning, and job rotation as a leadership development intervention.
