Sandra Is a physiotherapist with a background in working with both able-bodied and disabled athletes including at such major international sporting events as the Commonwealth, Pan-American and Paralympic Games and numerous World Championships in a variety of disciplines. Currently she is a consultant to two provincial social assistance ministries. Sandra has had the good fortune to travel, work and volunteer in over 75 countries on six continents.  This, coupled with her long term involvement with NGOs in Africa and the South Pacific prompted her to enroll in the first cohort of the Masters of Arts in Global Leadership at Royal Roads University. She is married to a local physician and has three university aged children, and whom share her love of travel and passion for service.
