Presenter ( Wanda Krause)
Wanda Krause is Assistant Professor in the School of Leadership Studies. She has lived and worked in six countries, and has 15 years experience as a scholar-practitioner leading action research focused projects. Her work has measured the impact of women leading political change on civil society focusing on the Middle East, and strategic planning and evaluation of governmental and non-governmental programs in Canada, focusing on improving conditions for indigenous communities in Canada's North.
She is an award-winning author or three books: two on women's organizational impacts in the Middle, one on keys to leadership success with case studies from different countries; and is editor of one book on citizenship and the engagement of Islamic countries. Her coaching and mentorship has empowered hundreds of activists and clients for organizational, leadership. Drawing on her global and local encounters with diverse communities, she is highly sensitive, and appreciative of the benefits of inter-cultural exchange and collaboration.
